All Staff are encouraged to achieve N.V.Q. level 2 and most Staff have achieved N.V.Q. level 2 in Health and Social Care.

All Staff follow a week Induction Period to evidence their working abilities.

All Staff complete their Common Induction Standards which includes the following:

  • Role of the Worker

  • Principles of Care

  • Communication Skills

  • Care Planning

  • Services User Needs

  • Health & Safety

  • Abuse Awareness

  • Death, Dying and Bereavement

All Staff follow regular appraisals, supervisions, and work-based supervisions.

All Staff have current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) enhanced certificates.
